The process begins with an inquiry form or phone call to share basic information about your child’s learning needs and your family’s goals.

Families are invited to meet with us to discuss the program, ask questions, and determine whether BrightGate may be an appropriate fit.
Family Consultation

BrightGate reviews available student records, including prior school information, progress reports, evaluations, IEPs, 504 Plans, learning history, and parent-provided information to better understand the child's strengths, needs, and support requirements.

Enrollment & Next Steps
When BrightGate appears to be an appropriate fit, families receive an enrollment invitation and next steps for registration, tuition, and start date planning.
Tuition Schedule 2026-2027
BrightGate Academy is a small, specialized microschool with limited enrollment. Families may be able to use eligible Florida scholarship funding to help offset tuition costs once BrightGate Academy’s scholarship participation process is finalized.
