The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. BrightGate Academy strictly follows Florida's mandatory reporting laws. Every member of our staff is legally and ethically obligated to immediately report any suspicion of child abuse, neglect, or abandonment to the Florida Abuse Hotline. Our school maintains a clear, firm policy of zero tolerance for any form of harm to students, ensuring a protected, calm space for all learners to grow safely. Reports can be made 24/7 to the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-96-ABUSE (1-800-962-2873). If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
